God knows what is best for you. He will bring that person along when the time is right.
Do not be so quick to snatch up anything just to say you have something. God has reserved a man or woman for you who has a heart that loves Him before he or she will ask of you.
Many signs could determine if someone truly loves you. However, find someone who has a heart that is ready to listen and joyfully learns your language to cater to your needs and make you feel special. Someone who will ensure your safety and will not leave you in confusion. There must be no games, no questionable friends, or unnecessary attachments to anyone in the past. They must commit to you fully and undoubtedly. And find someone that will give you room to be yourself and let you express yourself freely without judgment.
Do not compromise God’s best for you. Do not let the internet rush you and imitate this world that cares nothing for your soul. Give yourself to God, and He will give you the love worth finding for.
Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him and He will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.Psalm 37:4-6
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.1 Corinthians 13:4-5
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, never allow my immaturity and pride to hinder me in seeing your blessings, especially when I am in finding the right person. I pray you will bring me someone and help us grow together not only through the good times but also through the toughest times. Give me the strength to overcome this season and prepare my heart for the sanctity of marriage. In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen.
