REFUND POLICY
As we ship orders out within 24 hours of the time of order, we are unable to offer any refunds once your order has been placed. If you need any amendments to your shipping address, please contact us at contact@saintsprayercircle.com within 24 hours of your order and we will try to amend it if possible. Unfortunately once items have been shipped out, we are unable to refund or re-route the shipping address. Thank you for your understanding!
TURNAROUND
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. As we are shipping from outside the US, shipping times may take up to 7-21 days.
CARRIERS
We use the USPS as our carrier to deliver our orders.
ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Import duties, taxes, tariff, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, etc. are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the product cost and transportation fee for your order. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
