The Difference Is That He Confesses His Sins and Claims the Forgiveness of God in Christ.
Nobody is perfect. No one on earth is righteous and never sinned. Everybody has lived to fulfill the cravings of the flesh, evil desires, and cunning thoughts. For sin entered the world through one man and everyone has been affected – sinned even from its mother’s womb because of the inheritance from Adam.
All are at fault and deserving of eternal damnation. However, some believed, realized, and repented through the grace of Christ Jesus. It is the undeserved favor and forgiveness that He bestowed upon sinners that accepted Him as their own personal Lord and Savior.
Nobody can run away from His grace, but some still chose their path. The path that leads to destruction because they continue living in deceit, envy, and hypocrisy. At a proper time, they will reap what they sow and will be thrown into a blazing fire.
Therefore, repent because it is not yet too late and be born again in the family of Christ. Meditate on His Word for the Son of Man going to come in due time.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
Proverbs 28:13 Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy.
Today’s Prayer
Heavenly Father, I know I am supposed to die because of my sins, but You have raised me into spiritual life. You are so gracious and faithful to forgive me after I confess it all to you. You have wiped it out and made it as white as snow. I pray people will realize their mistakes, repent, and come back to You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
