TODAY’S DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE

Maintain a Close Personal Fellowship with Christ, Your Very Life Depends on It

Accepting Christ as your Lord and Savior is not enough, for there will come to a point in your life that your faith will be tested. You must have an ongoing fellowship and a serious relationship with Him.

When you maintain a personal and living relationship with God, He will become your source, fulfillment, and your delight. He will fill that void when you try to fill it with futility and quench that inner thirst and hunger with His blessings and presence.

Decree His Word and acknowledge Him in all of your life’s events, for it will protect you from being ambushed by the enemy. Pray constantly so that Satan will not outwit you.

Remain your roots established in Him, for you possess a little strength. Stand firm, do not deny Him, and pursue intimacy with Him so that His Spirit will be poured out upon you.

Ephesians 6:18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

Psalm 34:17-19 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.

I lay my life in Your hands Lord for all the days of my life because I know You are faithful. In Jesus’ name, amen.
