Your Message From Christ:

Do This If You Wake Up At Night Between 12am – 3am

In the quiet of the night, when all seems at peace, a disturbance occurs. Like clockwork, you find yourself wide awake, glancing at the alarm clock: 3am. You toss and turn, the distress of wakefulness stirring within.

It’s all too easy to surrender to fear or frustration, associating these late-night arousals with the so-called ‘witching hour.’ However, within the Christian context, could this not be a divine invitation to a deeper connection?

Fear Not For the Lord Is With You

Dear one, let me start of by saying that there is nothing you need to fear. In fact, waking up during this timing could very well be a sign that God is trying to communicate with us. He is the master of metaphors, after all, His profound messages intricately weaved into our seemingly mundane realities.

The 3am awakening, rather than a bewitching occurrence, could be a divine appointment. The Creator of the universe might be nudging you to listen, to connect, to explore deeper realms of understanding, to ultimately feel His enveloping love more fully. God works in mysterious ways, indeed, and sometimes it can be through our dreams or our waking moments.

There’s something sacred about the early morning hours when the world is still wrapped in the soft veil of darkness. It’s in this silence that our hearts are often most receptive to God’s messages. Like a softly glowing ember in the calm of the night, His words may light the way to a profound revelation, a comforting truth, or a divine calling.

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 41:10

Psalm 121 – A Watchful Shepherd

In those moments of distress, turn to Psalm 121, a comforting reminder of God’s ever-watchful presence:

“I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.”

Consider the divine intimacy suggested by your 3am arousals. Is God inviting you to share in His vigil, to step into the quietude of His presence, to unburden your soul, and to hear His gentle whispers of comfort and guidance?

In The Company of Your Guardians

As you find yourself awake at 3am, remember that you are not alone. The angelic realm is more active during these hours, and the presence of your Heavenly Guardians felt more strongly. They are there, watching, guiding, and illuminating your path, affirming your divine connection. So, embrace these nocturnal awakenings as your unique opportunity to commune more closely with God and His angelic emissaries.

And finally, if you wake up in the middle of the night and find it hard to go back to sleep, don’t forget to pray! Say the following prayer to connect with God.

Prayer for Waking Up In The Night

Heavenly Father, in the stillness of the night, when sleep eludes us, remind us of Your presence.
When the hands of the clock point to three, let it not be a cause for anxiety but an invitation to commune with You.
May we embrace these moments, not as bouts of insomnia but as divine appointments, opportunities to listen and learn.
Guard our hearts and minds, replace our distress with peace, and remind us that You are the sovereign Keeper, watching over us in both our sleep and wakefulness.
🙏In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.🙏
