Dear Father in Heaven,
I thank you for the grace & mercy as I humbly come before you.
I understand that life does not always happen the way I want it to go and that each tribulation is meant to make me grow stronger in faith and love.
I love You LORD more than life itself and I come to be with You especially when times are difficult, and I have very few handles to hold on to.
I always know You are there and that gives me assurance enough to keep going.
Forgive me, Lord, if my decisions have led me to this strife that I am in.
Or if this is simply a delay or a detour, I ask for patience, wisdom, and strength to journey on as I pursue Your plans over my life.
If this is a lesson You are using to build me up, I ask for eyes to see and ears to hear,
So that I may not miss Your hand nor fail to hear Your voice that seeks to help me grow into the image of Jesus.
Most of all, teach me to trust you, Lord, that in these moments You will not abandon me.
You never have and I trust that You never will, for You are faithful!
Teach me to rest in Your promises over my Life.
Your ears are not deaf, and You see my condition.
Therefore, You are moving, working and fighting on my behalf.
As I go through tough times, I know, and I trust that my God is bigger.
