Dear Father in Heaven,
I praise you, for you are good and kind to me.
Indeed, your faithfulness is new every morning.
I’m grateful for your wondrous works over my life.
Father, You are the giver of life, the giver of joy, the giver of peace,
The giver of everything I have.
It is because of the grace and mercy of Your Beloved Son, Jesus Christ, My Lord and Savior.
Father, today I am even more grateful for the blessing of work that You have entrusted me.
These are the skills that you have embedded in me, the talents, and the gifts that You so graciously given me to honor You and to serve Your people.
Father, I ask that You help me guard this calling and this blessing of work.
Help me guard to it against laziness, against sloth, against mediocrity, against anything that would cause me not to fulfil the intended purpose that you have entrusted to me.
Father, help me to take pride in my job, my daily tasks and any thing that I have set out to accomplish. I resolve to complete everything to my utmost ability to glorify your name.
Help me fix my eyes on the finished work of Jesus Christ so that I may live and guard this call.
Grant me joy, Father, as I work today, so that I may reflect Your light with the people around me.
Continue to teach me to live like Your Son, Jesus Christ, so I can excellently serve and lead.
Father, I dedicate this day to You for Your Honor and Glory!
In Jesus’ name, I pray,
