Heavenly Father,
Today we raise our hearts in exaltation of the Name above all names – Your beloved Son, our Redeemer and Deliverer, Jesus Christ.
It is He, the Word made flesh and the embodiment of divine love, who has paved the path of salvation for us.
We rejoice and proclaim His glorious name, the cornerstone of our faith, the beacon of our hope, the wellspring of our love.
Pour forth your graces upon our lives and fortify our hearts, O Lord.
Defend us from those envious spirits cloaked in resentment, who seethe at our blessings and triumphs.
Deliver us from bitterness that might erupt within us, lest we gaze upon our neighbor’s harvest with green eyes.
For Your word instructs us, in Proverbs 14:30, “A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones.”
Free us from the fetters of envy and jealousy, those twin foes that gnaw at our bones and leave us empty and brittle.
Bestow upon us the grace to appreciate the glory of others, to revel in their triumphs as if they were our own.
Soften the hearts of those who may begrudge us our successes, show them the path of joy in shared achievement.
For in the end, we are all children under Your beloved Kingdom.
“Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.” – Galatians 5:26
Teach us dearest redeemer, to hold no negative thoughts against our brethren.
May we become sanctuaries of forgiveness, echoing the mercy You show us each dawn.
Pour out Your love, O Lord, into our hearts and let it spill over into the world.
May our actions be the ripples in the waters of Your creation, spreading love and understanding.
In the name of Christ, the Prince of Peace, we ask for the strength to withstand every storm.
Bind every spirit of bitterness, anger, jealousy, and envy that comes against us.
Help us to be channels of Your boundless love, touching the hearts of those around us and transforming the world with Your divine light.
In Your sacred name, we stand resolute.
Your love is our shield, Your wisdom our guiding star.
We trust in Your plan for us, that will flourish and bring meaningful joys into our lives.
As we journey forward, let us remember always that the path to peace is lined with compassion, understanding, and the courage to love without measure.
For You, O God, are our refuge, our strength, our comfort.
To You, we pledge our lives, dedicating our hearts to spreading Your message of love and unity.
O Divine Shepherd, guide us away from the shadowed valley of envy and jealousy, and lead us into the golden dawn of love and peace.
