TODAY’S DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE

Your Worth In The Eyes of God

God desires not to see you rest beneath your destiny.

Self-worth does not mean how many people you can attract. It is not forcing a relationship, a position, or popularity that you are not meant to have. It is not only about the importance or acceptance of others for inner strength.

Real worth is when you choose to stop yourself from being noticed by people because you know you are already approved by God. It is when you realize that your value is based on His blood that has been shed and the good work He has faithfully begun in your life.

You are a child of God, and you never have to beg. You are worthy of every good thing from above because you are His child. Remember, He will give you all the desires of your heart according to His will for your life. All you need to do is to believe you deserve it.

I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.

Psalm 37:25

For You created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Psalm 139:13-14

Let us pray:

Dear God, thank You for letting me realize my value for making me appreciate who I am in Your perspective. You are a Good Shepherd who left the 99 and went after me, who went astray. It reminds me every time of how precious I am in your sight. I pray you will help me understand my worth so that I would not have to negotiate my value to any man. Thank you for choosing me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
