Dear God, I am appreciative of all the blessings in my life, including my family, friends, job, house, and good health. I’m grateful for all of the gifts you’ve given me, and those small blessings that I sometimes take for granted.
Lord, you are the source of all comfort & healing, and I call on you to shine your mercy upon me. Remove all dark clouds that loom behind my thoughts, dispel any darkness that lingers in my mind looking to corrupt. By your grace, I shall overcome.
When my thoughts become overwhelming, fill my mind with tranquility and peace that is steadfast and unceasing. Dear Lord, shelter me in a bubble of your love & blessings, that no negativity or insidious influences can penetrate.

I know that you will never leave nor forsake me, today I place my burdens, anxieties, worries, and depression in your hands. There are some things that I struggle to face alone, but with your divine might I will always come out stronger.
Help me to acknowledge that all the mental scars that I have accumulated are a part of my life’s history, but they do not define me in the moment, or dictate my future. For only you Lord, are my future and my hope. And I will never give in to despair in your presence.
Lord, I know that I am not alone in this battle. There are so many others who are struggling with the same thing, and I pray for them as well. I ask that you send your healing power to all those who are suffering, and that you give them the strength and courage to overcome it.
“I pray that You will strengthen me in every way; emotionally, mentally, and spiritually so that I can overcome the obstacles I face.”
When I am disoriented, find me and lead me out of the debris that I feel so trapped in so I can breathe once more. When I feel alone Lord, embrace me and heal my wounds in your mending love so I can stand renewed.
Lord, break any chains that bind me from my fullest potential that you intended for me. Free me from the burdens that weigh me down. Bring your freedom and hope with you.
In my desperation, I shall always seek the Lord – the one who overcame death, the one who rose from the dead, the one who said, “Follow me!”
I will cling to the light of your love. I will keep my eyes open, even if it is just a faint glimmer in the distance. I pray that at my lowest point, I will remember that Your love surrounds me. I pray that whenever I feel the pressure of life closing in, I will feel the presence of your love. I proclaim peace despite the pressures of life, joy despite my despair, and power despite my weakness. In the Name of Jesus, I will conquer my depression.
God the Father, I’m grateful for your love. Help me to remain focused on you when I sense the depression’s cloud dissipating. Lord, give me glimpses of your glory! As I spend time in prayer and reading your Word, may I grow closer to you every day.

I shall never again allow negative thoughts to dominate my mind. Renew my mind and direct my thoughts, Lord. Because you are my Redeemer and my God, I put my faith in you and will praise you.
Because you only intended for me to experience the joy & abundance of your love, I will no longer accept anything less. I ask that you help me to feel your love and to trust in your plan for my life. Please give me the ability to take solace and courage in your promises and to know that you are always by my side.
Dear God, I thank you for giving me the stamina and fortitude to pray this prayer. I have faith that you are aware of my cries and that you will grant my requests in accordance with your will.
Heavenly Father, I praise your name. You are the Father of compassion and God of all consolation, who comforts all in times of distress. I trust in your promise to never leave me nor forsake me. Thank you for all that you do for me, now and always. Amen.
