A Prayer to Heal the Sick and Wounded

Dear Father in Heaven,

Today we have come to seek your healing hand.

Through your power, we are created.

Every living moment when we wake,

every fresh breath that we take.

We live under your power.

However, there are people dear to me who are sick and wounded and needs your healing hand.

Father, I ask of you now to send your spirit upon me.

Flow to us that same power you have when you created us, and now help to recreate all of us.

Fill us all with the healing power of your spirit.

Let the warmth of your healing love course through our bodies and cast out any impurities.

Restore all of us to the fullest health, in mind and in body,

so that we may continue to serve you for the rest of our lives.
