A Prayer for All Mothers

Dear Father in Heaven,

I pray for all mothers.

I pray for you to bless them, guide them, and protect them.

Motherhood is tough and I salute to all the efforts they have done.

Some of them may be hard-pressed on every side.

It may be bills to pay, kids to rear, adults to still care,
health issues to face, relationship issues to mend, or work-related issues to fix.

We may never know what they are really dealing with
So, give them the grace to face day-to-day challenges.

Despite of all the busyness, I pray they will still choose to spend time with you.

I pray You will be their strength.

And I pray they will take hold of you, for they are also Your children.

Help us let them know how much they mean to us.

And help us let them know much we love and honor them.

For we are grateful for their patience, wisdom, and understanding.

We are grateful for their unconditional love, their warm hugs, their intimate phone calls,
and the rants they patiently listen.

We appreciate how they risked their lives to carry us in their womb and gave birth to us on this earth.

May they continue to be a blessing not only to their family but also, to their friends, colleagues, and to the community.

They are clothed with dignity and have a beauty that comes from within.

Therefore, we call them blessed, and their husband’s praises them.

In Jesus’ name, I pray,
