TODAY’S DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE

St Thomas Aquinas – Time To Update Your Personal Software For The New Year

As you embark on the new year, I, Saint Thomas Aquinas, encourage you to update your personal software by focusing on your relationship with God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. In doing so, you will set yourself up for greater success and fulfillment in all areas of your life.

Purge Your System From All Malicious Influences

One of the most powerful things you can do this year is to update your system and remove all unwanted habits so that you will stop and progress into a better you. It’s time to let God work His transformative power in your life.

This might involve surrendering your plans and desires to His will, or simply letting go of the need to control every aspect of your life. Remember that God is sovereign and all-powerful, and that He is more than capable of working His plan in your life.

Casts aside all doubts and distance yourself from temptations that draw near. Today marks a new beginning for you, and this year you shall draw closer to the blessings & graces of the Lord.

Allow Christ to Update Your Personal Software

It is essential that you nurture and strengthen your faith in Jesus Christ if you hope to find true fulfillment and purpose in life. Take some time to reflect on your beliefs about Jesus and consider how they may be shaping your mindset and actions.

Make an effort to deepen your understanding of His teachings and the role He plays in your life. Remember that Jesus is always with you, and that you can trust in His love and guidance no matter what challenges you may face.

To strengthen your faith in Jesus, try to actively live out your faith in your daily life. This might include participating in church activities, serving others, or simply striving to follow Jesus’s example in your interactions with others. Remember that your faith should be an active force in your life, guiding and shaping your actions and decisions.

To let God do a software update in your life, try to cultivate an attitude of surrender and trust. This might involve spending time in prayer, asking God to work His will in your life and seeking His guidance for the future.

Remember that God is faithful and loving, and that He will always guide you in the right direction if you are willing to follow Him. Try to let go of any need to control the outcomes of your life. Remember that God is in control, and that He has a good and perfect plan for you.

Renew Your Trust and Reliance on the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is a powerful source of guidance and support, and it is important that you nurture your relationship with Him if you hope to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Make a conscious effort to trust in and rely on the Holy Spirit, even when things are difficult, and remember that He is always present to guide and empower you.

One way to renew your trust and reliance on the Holy Spirit is through daily prayer and reflection. Spend time each day in quiet contemplation, listening for the promptings of the Holy Spirit and seeking His guidance for your life. Remember that the Holy Spirit is a gentle and loving presence, and that He is always ready to offer wisdom and support.

Nurture your relationship with God

Your relationship with God is the most important one you have, and it is essential that you nurture and strengthen it in order to find meaning and purpose in life. Take stock of your current relationship with God and consider how you can deepen your connection with Him. Make time for prayer and reflection, and seek out opportunities to serve and grow in your faith.

In addition to regularly setting aside time for prayer and reflection, try to make your relationship with God an active part of your daily life. This might include reading the Bible, participating in church activities, or simply striving to follow God’s commands and guidance in your actions. Remember that your relationship with God is a living, dynamic thing, and that by actively nurturing it, you can find greater meaning and purpose in all aspects of your life.

Let Us Pray

“Dear God, I pray that you would upgrade my personal software to greater heights in the new year. Help me to align my goals and aspirations with your will, and to trust in your guidance and support. I ask that you would renew my trust and reliance on the Holy Spirit, and that you would work your transformative power in my life. Above all, I pray that I may grow closer to you and serve you more faithfully in all that I do.”
