Dear one, there will be times that life will push you to the core, you will look and feel ill even when you are physically okay. Days will come when your spirit will feel alive yet your flesh will be weak. In those moments, I hope you will recognize my presence in your life and gain spiritual healing from any disease that troubles you.
As your patron Saint of healing, the Lord has entrusted me with your well-being. As your appointed healer I will give you a firm duty of care, and you must not hesitate to seek my help whenever you are experiencing health challenges. I want you to know that even when you cannot see me, I am here with you waiting for you to reach out to me and seek my help and I assure you that I will come to your aid.
Consulting the Spiritual Physician
Beloved, I see how you are quick to go to a health facility and seek medical help whenever you are sick. You are worried whenever you feel unwell hence you cannot be at peace before you consult a physician. Do you know that you have a spiritual physician who is qualified to handle all your spiritual illnesses? Do not wait until you have lost all your energy for you to recognize the need to consult your spiritual physician.
In Luke 5:31-32 Jesus stated that, “those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance.”
Today I am revealing to you that just as all life and creation came from the Lord, so too does healing & recovery. The divine physician whom you need to consult for every symptom lies before you. Since he created you, he is fully aware of your needs and nothing can ever be hidden from him. In order to allow His intervention into our lives, we must first accept him into our hearts and seek his goodness in all earnest. He is always waiting for you to acknowledge your desire for his grace in your life, but you need to take up the initiative. I urge you to make a decision to seek the help of God when you need him.
Diagnosing Your Spiritual Disease
Perhaps you are wondering how you can recognize that you are suffering from a spiritual disease. Just like a physical illness has symptoms, there are certain symptoms that you may exhibit that indicate the need to consult a spiritual doctor. Here are some of those symptoms;
- Committing Sin Without Remorse
Part of what it means to be human is the propensity to commit sin. It is normal for you to fall into temptations and transgressions, but as one of God’s chosen you must always strive to break away from the mold. Nobody is perfect, but we are made whole and renewed by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ whose blood was sacrificed in our stead. Submit to him that he may cover you with his grace so that you may avoid near occasions of sin. Whenever you find yourself committing sin and not feeling remorseful, it is a call to seek the help of God for it is a sign that you need urgent spiritual treatment.
- Feeling Spiritually Empty
When God created you, he gave you everything that you need to make your life complete. There is a void in your heart that no matter what you try to fill with, only God can fill that void. Divulging from God means that the void in your heart will never be filled by anything thus you will begin to feel spiritually empty. Once you get to that state, seek the help of God the spiritual doctor.
Receiving Spiritual Healing
Dear one, once you are diagnosed with a spiritual disease, spiritual healing is necessary for your survival. With healing comes new opportunities to lead a happy and fulfilled life. As your Saint, I am revealing to you some of the ways to receive spiritual healing as follows;
- Seeking Repentance
To appease the heavens and reach the ears of God quickly, having a repentant heart is the secret. Although it is normal to sin, God is pleased by people who feel remorseful after sinning and they genuinely seek his forgiveness while resolving to avoid sin. He is quick to heal them spiritually and restore them to their initial position.
- Helping the Needy
The orphans, the poor and widows have nobody to cry to other than God who is their defender. Never forgot those who are in need of care and treatment, for every time we provide for them is akin to granting assistance to the Lord.
James 1:27 states that, “The religion that God our father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”
When you help them out, you are guaranteed spiritual healing for the spiritual doctor is appeased and happy with your honest efforts.
