God has commanded us to love another as Christ loves the church. This kind of love involves being kind to others and forgiving those who wrong you.
Saint Michael is further revealing to us that the wicked one is determined to harm us and divert us from the goodness of God. He works day and night to distract us from the ways of God thus we ought to be careful and be on the watch. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.
